TOPIC of this session: How to get the best out of working with remote teams?
After a short getting to know each other exercise, we will hear some experiences how leaders have led remote teams through change. And then it's up to you. We will be working in breakout rooms to explore questions like this:
How can we keep employees engaged and informed about the change?
How can you keep attention to the ‘emotional’ relationship?
How do we provide support to a remote team during a period of change?
The purpose is to share experiences, examples and look for some common tips/tricks that might help us. At the end of the session, we will also have time to share some good tips, books, TED Talks, websites with each other.
Afterwards, we will provide all participants a short summary with the most important discussion points + practical tips & tricks.
