Master of Ceremony
Guiding the Flow, Elevating the Energy.
I’m not your typical host. I bring a relaxed, approachable style that makes people feel comfortable and ready to lean into the event’s purpose. Whether it’s a conference, workshop, or company meeting, my goal is to make change not just possible, but exciting.
As a Master of Ceremony (MC), - I prefer the role Master of Interaction - my role goes far beyond simply introducing speakers and keeping the event on track. I specialize in creating an engaging and open-minded atmosphere where real connections and meaningful conversations can happen. My focus is always on fostering a mindset of change—helping audiences embrace new ideas and approaches with curiosity and enthusiasm.
With years of experience, I’ve developed a range of short, interactive exercises designed to spark engagement, break the ice, and encourage active participation. These moments aren’t just fun; they’re carefully crafted to inspire reflection and build a shared energy in the room.
Connect & network
Building Bonds Through Movement and Fun
This highly interactive networking session is inspired by the principles of improvisation theatre—but don’t worry, there’s no acting or stage performances involved! Instead, participants engage in over 20 accessible, simple exercises designed to be done in pairs, trios, or small groups. These activities are tailored to stimulate essential skills like creativity, active listening, and collaboration.
The session takes place in an open space, allowing for plenty of movement and dynamic interactions. It’s all about creating a fun, energetic atmosphere that encourages connection, laughter, and genuine engagement.
Whether it’s for team building, breaking the ice, or boosting networking at your event, this workshop is a unique and effective way to bring people together while keeping them actively involved and having a great time.
Brainstorming session
Unlocking Creativity, Solving Challenges
This creative brainstorming session builds on the key skills and methods from my presentation, The Change Mindset. It’s a hands-on opportunity to immediately apply these tools to a relevant team challenge.
Depending on the time available, we’ll navigate through a dynamic process of diverging (generating a wide range of ideas) and converging (refining and selecting the best ideas). The session is designed to work seamlessly with groups of any size, as participants will collaborate in subgroups of 6-8 people.
To enhance the experience, I’ll introduce additional techniques to spark creative thinking and uncover innovative solutions. A briefing call ahead of the session is a valuable way to align on the most impactful question or challenge to focus on, ensuring the process delivers meaningful results.
This session is ideal for teams looking to foster collaboration, fresh ideas, and actionable outcomes.
No More Boring Online Sessions (workshop)
How to create more interaction & engagement during online sessions
During this training, you will get 21,5 interactive methods to boost the engagement during your own online sessions. The methods are great for digital, live meetings and events where you want to interact with your audience. Most methods that I'll share are very simple & low-tech (you don't have to be a technical wizard), easy to implement and require between 1-5 minutes of your 'valuable' meeting time but will boost the attention span of your audience.
Less is Beautiful
Discover how 'less' can succeed in business
'Less is Beautiful' … We live in a society with an abundance of products and services, connections, technologies, information but a downside is that we almost get paralyzed by the choices and possibilities (burn-outs, stress and less and less time for the real important things in life).
There are already several great examples of individual initiatives of people who live with less stuff or who choose to live a simpler life. But, there aren't a lot of examples of how professionals in organisations and governments can apply 'Less is Beautiful' to their daily practice. Get inspired by loads of examples from very different industries and learn how you can apply three simple principles to experience ‘less is more’: start to stop, simplify and letting go. This presentation gives you insights into the exaggerated search for efficiency, the paradox of choice, and very concrete examples and tools to apply 'Less is Beautiful' to your professional lives.
Brainstorming session
Generate hundreds of ideas for a specific challenge
This session builds on the different skills that I've shared during the presentation 'the Change Mindset'. We can immediately apply these skills and methods on a relevant challenge for the team. Depending on the available time, we can go through a diverging (generating ideas) and converging (selecting & finetuning ideas) process. It is possible to do this with (very) large groups because we will be working in subgroups of 6-8 people. And people will get extra methods to stimulate the creative thinking. It is smart to spend some time in a briefing call to check which question/challenge would be the best fit for this process.
Made to Stick (workshop)
How can you make sure that people will remember your message longer
This is a presentation based on the book 'Made to Stick' from Dan & Chip Heath - two researchers who did research on urban legends. They wondered why some stories are told over and over and really important messages aren’t remembered. They discovered that 6 elements will help to make sure that the message will stick: Simple, Unexpected, Concrete, Credible, Emotional and Story - which forms the acronym Succes(s). I have developed a short workshop with several methods to learn participants how they can apply those elements on their own messages.
